Terms and Conditions

To register as a member of BandhanHub or use this platform, you must meet the following legal eligibility criteria under the laws of India:

• Minimum Legal Marriage Age: Female members must be at least 18 years of age, and male members must be at least 21 years of age.
• Marital Status: You must be legally competent to enter into a matrimonial bond (Single, Divorced with legal decree, Widowed, or Annulled).
• Pure Matrimonial Intent: BandhanHub is exclusively a matrimonial portal designed to facilitate solemn marriage alliances. It is NOT a casual dating, friendship, or commercial networking site.
• Legal Authority: If registering on behalf of a son, daughter, sibling, or relative, you warrant that you have explicit authorization to create and manage their profile.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

• Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email, mobile OTP, and password).
• Single Account: Members may only create one active profile. Multiple duplicate profiles for the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized Access: You agree to notify BandhanHub immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach of your account.

All users must maintain dignity, respect, and honesty. The following actions will result in immediate profile suspension and potential legal action:

BandhanHub strives to maintain a genuine matchmaking community through mobile OTP verification and optional Government ID verification badges.

However, members are advised to perform independent background checks, family references, and due diligence before finalizing any matrimonial alliance. BandhanHub is not responsible for misrepresentations made by members.

• Paid Subscriptions: Premium features (direct contact view, messaging, priority listing) require subscription purchase.
• Secure Transactions: All payments are processed through encrypted payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay). BandhanHub does not store your credit/debit card PINs or netbanking passwords.
• Refund Policy: Subscriptions are non-refundable once activated or once contact information has been accessed. Refund requests due to technical billing errors are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of transaction.

All brand assets, logos, design elements, algorithms, and website code belong exclusively to BandhanHub / Sai Group.

By uploading photos or profile data, you grant BandhanHub a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and host your content for matrimonial purposes as per your privacy settings.

BandhanHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any profile without prior notice if found violating these Terms, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or receiving multiple verified complaints from other members.

BandhanHub acts as an online intermediary platform for matchmaking. We do not guarantee marriage outcome or compatibility. Under no circumstances shall BandhanHub, Sai Group, or its directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from user interactions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Uttar Pradesh, India.
